When placing an order online you will receive a system generated order.
You will receive an invoice from our office directly. Where you can check
that the details of your order is correct with expected lead times indicated.
You will be requested to pay the full amount or if communicated to us a 50% deposit.
This will serve as a confirmation of your order. Only then will your order be processed.
We use Courier Guy as delivery method.
Returns policy:
Damaged or used products will not be refunded. If your product has
a flaw or any defect it must be sent back within 3 working days on receipt in
its orginal packaging. If the product is not what you wanted the same will be applicable and
the product must couriered back to us for your account. No custom printed orders other than our
standard range can be returned.
There might be slight differences in color than what is displayed on your device as no device has the
same color displaymode..but is 98% close to what you see.
